By applying for a business loan using LoanStreet, the financiers that we work with need to see your company data (which we retrieve from your bookkeeping) in order to assess your application. To ensure that this information does not fall into the hands of third parties, we commit ourselves using the highest standards in the field of data protection, privacy, security and reliability. We do everything to ensure the safety of your data. We send the data in an encrypted way and analyzing the data takes place on a secure server in Europe, which is managed by an external specialist.

Connect your bookkeeping package in a safe way

Linking your bookkeeping to LoanStreet for applying for business loans is done using among others OAuth authorization. This means that we never get to see your username or password, but we do have permission from your bookkeeping to retrieve your data, so we can see if your company is creditworthy.

Access to LoanStreet

You as a user of LoanStreet are the only one who can get to your data. Of course you can choose to invite your accountant, bookkeeper or financial advisor. This way they also get access to your data.

In addition, your information will be send to the financiers you choose. After all, they need your information to assess your application for the business loan. The financiers behind LoanStreet are required to treat your information confidential.

Do you want LoanStreet to amend or correct your information? You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to To make sure that this request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your passport or ID with your request. Please make the following information unrecognizable or black:

  • Your photo
  • MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport)
  • Passport number
  • Citizen Service Number (CSN/BSN)
LoanStreet will respond to your request within four weeks.
